Sunday, 5/3/20 Recut Gussets

I realized that I forgot the aileron support brackets in some ribs, so I need to make a few more.

I spent most of today recutting gussets and cutting out the forgotten support brackets. I was able to just able to cut enough of the gussets from my scrap pile, using every last bit of correctly sized ply I had left over. A paper cutter is great for the thin stuff.

I will start to frame out the new ribs with the brackets custom fit, starting with the two #5 ribs for each wing.
