About the restorer

Hugh Lorrimer built this plane in the 1990's but due to regulations at the time was not able to fly it. Two years ago Hugh offered me the opportunity to restore her and bring her up to flying condition on the British SSDR register ( single seat de-regulated). I have had to do quite a bit of work in the cockpit, install a Rotax 462 and associated wiring. Presently all the flying surfaces are removed as required some composite work and now considering mass balancing them to avoid flutter.
