Right Elevator 9-12 Steps 1, 4-8, 9-13 Step 1
Riveted the rear spar to the bottom skin. Got to use the extended reach bucking bar to buck the rivets under the trailing edge skin that mount the skin to the rear spar. Also riveted the rib halves together. Found out a week or two later when reviewing photos that i messed up the bottom half is supposed to sit in front of the top half as shown in figure 4 on page 9-12. Emailed vans and got the go ahead to proceed and should not affect the usability of the elevator.
