Completed pop riveting on the forward skin. The MK-319-BS rivets are awful to install. It appears the ball on the shank that sets the rivet is slightly larger than the #40 hole it has to go into. Requires a significant amount of force to get them to go in. On some of them i had to bend back the flange it was passing through because it bent it out of the way. Rachel did all of the pop rivets with the pneumatic pop riveter, which made quick work once i had the rivets in place. Also riveted the top skin, forward skin, and spart together. Had one mistake on the first rivet where we forgot to clamp down the assembly and it shifted and the rivet gun dinged the leading edge. Will get Bondo-ed and painted later, just a small ding for now though.
