Had an in depth conversation with Ryan from PilotRhino and got a lot of really great hints on assembling the doors. He mentioned that the inner and outer door alignment that is most important is the window flange inner to outer. Went back and checked the alignment of the two halves and realized the i was ~1/4-1/2" left to right off. Top to bottom was good. Pulled the two halves off the fuselage and epoxied the holes back closed, mixed with a small amount of flox to give it a little more strength. Will realign and redrill the match drilled holes in the doors and fuselage at a later date.
