Left wing ribs installation

Only 6 ribs per wing... the joys of carbon :-)

The left wing spar and leading ribs have been fitted by Whisper. Fitting trailing ribs so top skin can be fitted later this week.

Pre-wetting lower skin and bottom of ribs

Floxing bottom of rib, and lining up

First rear rib installed, floxing next one

lining up and checking rib alignment. Note the ribs are cut from carbon sandwiched foam on CNC

Smoothing out the flox and cleaning up, making sure there's a nice bead bonding carbon to carbon.

All done, note the inspection holes not cut out yet. Rear spar wont be fitted until after top skin is bonded
