Fuel tank (header) mods

The standard tank obscures the upper bolt holes for the engine mount. The mount is some weeks away, so I decided to modify the tank to make the bolts accessible, and get some baffles put in the tank while it's cut open. Capacity will reduce from 80L to about 75L
