Remove counterweight rivets
Based on Sling Technical's feedback, cut off the mandrels for the 2 stainless steel rivets which had not set fully in the elevator counterweight arm then drilled off the heads and removed the rivets with a punch. Cleaned up the area around the rivet hole and prepared for priming prior to installing replacement rivets.
