Cleaning components and assembly of right wing lower skins
Riveted left wing ribs 1-13 to rear spar as well as trailing edge ribs. Noted that left wing and noted that ribs 8-10 appear to be wavy. Contacted Sling for advice (they have subsequently noted that this is normal and will rectify itself when the lower skin is installed. The right wing did not do this, but I will continue and see if it resolves itself).
Test fitted left wing skin support channel on the rear spar
Degreased wing top skins, flaps and ailerons with Plascon GR1
Prepared cardboard template for the landing lights, then aligned on each of the composite wingtips and drilled holes for 3x rivnuts in each tip to align with the light mounting brackets supplied. Installed 6x rivnuts with Loctite 277. Cut a slot as required for the wiring for each light. I'll need to find some way to create a rubber seal behind each light for final installation.
