Riveted lower firewall mounting channel in place and applied some black paint as a touch up.

Assembled the rudder pedals and brake cylinders. Need some replacement bolts from Sling, they've supplied AN4's which are too long for three of the pedals. The pedal action is nice and smooth, I'm very happy with the outcome. I also adjusted the pedal stopper flanges to ensure a minimum of 3mm clearance - however, there is a bit of a gotcha here because this requirement is only called out in the hand brake section of the KAI and is omitted from the toe brake section, which is an error - it should apply to both.

Fitted the eyebolts (RH thread, grease nipples facing up for ease of future maintenance) and the rudder cables. None of the pedal components are torqued yet.
