Fitted the teflon hose reusable ends to the left and right undercarriage brake hoses on the fuselage side. Drilled 9.45mm holes through the support ribs to accommodate the AN 90 degree bulkhead passthrough fitting. Manufactured two washers out of aluminium to install inside the fuselage for the bulkhead fitting and painted them black. Torqued the external fittings after applying Loctite 577 to the AN bulkhead fitting and then applied torque seal.

I'll redo the protective plastic pipe which has not worked as anticipated.
