Air ducts - rear
A fellow builder kindly supplied STL files to 3D print some custom ducts to route air from the heater system to the rear passenger footwell area. A friend printed some of them for me using PETG, and they came out really well. I installed the left and right 90 degree elbows from the center console through the rib by riveting them in place underneath the flap torque tube. A very neat design, they even have indentations to provide space for the rudder cables to pass over them.
