Notification 0009 and fiddling with center console and ventilation system
Removed elevator center balance weights in accordance with Notification 0009 of 9 December 2021
Installed M3 rivnuts in lower edge of center console armrest unit. These are in lieu of rivets so that the console is removable. Enlarged the countersinks in the nylon seat rail protectors and then fitted M3 x 16mm stainless steel countersunk cap screws
After careful consideration, decided to fully blank off the interior vent system for the rear passengers in the sidewalls. The vents were ineffective, covered by upholstery which made it almost impossible to install vent outlets due to the design I chose, and interfered with the front vents. Fabricated 4x blanking plates and riveted them in place
