Fixing some hole clearances

Match drilled tip to tip rib using the hole finder. Assembled rib to vstab and tip to both. Transfer drilled holes from the vstab to the tip and discovered that I trimmed the tip too short. Will need to solvent weld reinforcements to the tip and re-drill. The rivets have enough grip length for tip + reinforcement + washer + vstab skin.
