Success!

Success! The E6000 held much better than the super glue and I was able to rivet the tip to the vstab.

Reinspected all of the rivets on the vstab skins and decided to replace a few that I didn't like. Used the dremel with a sanding wheel to smooth a few sharp mandrels on other rivets.
