Empennage delivery and inventory

We took delivery of our empennage kit and began inventory. We only had a single screw unaccounted for up front and then about a year later we discovered that one of our bags of 76 nut plates was the wrong part number. One of our bags of parts was backordered which drove our decision on which parts to start building.
