One of my first tasks will be to flatten and straighten out the ribs. Inspired by another Bearhawk builder with a youtube channel called B-Spot I'm building two bench mount tools, one to square up the flange to 90 degrees, and a second to add/adjust the flutes. Doing a little more research on these tools I found they have been popular among RV builders for quite some time. There is a good article by an RV builder at https://www.rv7-factory.com/?p=1096.

Tonight I got the struts, the strut mounting block, and the handles all constructed.
