Finished detailing master wing rib template. Drilled all locations at 1/4" and installed drill guides in all locations (o.d. 1/4; i.d. 3/16)

For the drill guides 1/4 brake line worked perfectly. Just cut into short lengths at the bandsaw and quickly deburred on the disc sander. They were a tight fit into the 1/4 drilled holes.
