Created 1/2 and 9/16 discs for marking out rib flanges. Not my design but and easy way to accurately mark out the location of the flange. Cut a circle of .025 aluminum sheet with my fly cutter. Then used a compass to mark from the outer edge of the inner circle outward at a distance equal to my flange depth. Then used a pair of aluminum snips to trim close to this line and finished to the line on the disc sander.

To use just set the disc against the edge of the form block and place the tip of the sharpie against the edge of the inner hole closest to the jig. from here trace the jig keeping the disc in contact with the edge of the form. Easy!

Used the master rib to layout templates for the flap, aileron, back, tip, and center ribs on the MDF Sheet. Each template was marked for flanges using the disc's created earlier and drilled for it's jig pins.
