Step 1) Assembled the -03 Splice Channel Assembly.

Measured the distance of each clip from the end, angled them correctly, clamped and drilled/clecoed. Then updrilled for CCP-42 rivets. Disassembled, debured, used SEP 7220, reassembled and riveted.

Put aside until ready to do the rest of the turtle deck install.
