Disassemble left spar. Determined hole sizes for countersink/dimple.

For #5 rivet: Drill to 21 without dimpled layer. Dimpled layer, drill to #22 by hand, de-bur then dimple
For the MS24694 screws: Drill to #40, #30, #21, #13, then hand "ream" with 3/16", then once through with #12.

De-burred separated pieces. Reassembled without the "main aft web" (because it gets dimpled), to final drill to #21 for the #5 rivets.
