Rear Window and more Canopy Work
Continue rear window, final fit and canopy latch.

Started the canopy latch mechanism, the fit is perfect and easy to install. I was missing 1 latch bellcrank in the kit so I was only able to finish one side.

Another picture of the painted window.

After all drilling, tapping, re-drilling, countersinking and trimming the window was complete. I painted the edges for better aesthetics, this blocks the view of any dirt that gets between the window and frame.

Here is the tapping procedure. I used a quality 2 flute tap with Tap Magic cutting oil. Took my time and had no issues. After this I measured the front edge for trimming.

She was very patient when I drilled the rollbar holes, her job was to hold a block on backside for drilled through the skins.

This is one of the few steps where a second set of hands is really needed. Fortunately when my wife finished riding her horses, she came to help.
