Dimpling inspection hatch back plate (can't find proper name)

Note bracket on back attached but two holes that are not riveted are for the tool to remove the inspection hatch

We put plastic on the inside of the inspection hatches to protect the skin surfaces and to work as a spacer with the attaching bracket and put a flame to the outside to shrink/seal it down.
