Doors Chapter 22

Had a bit of trouble with doors initially, first was reading the instructions wrong and getting the parts for the right side with the left side, need to take time and not rush things I guess.

I then assembled the doors without the Lexan and a friend mentioned the bow in the centre should go towards the side where the door handle is. Looked like it made sense, so I changed this around but like most things it won’t fit if you do it wrong. When trying to fit the Lexan it can only go one way.

Had to dis assemble and reassemble fitting the Lexan. First door took quite a while but assembly of the second door took less than 60 minutes.

Not difficult once all clecos in, just need to remove and rivet. Best to ensure the centre is riveted first.

Not sure with handle does appear to have enough room. Will check out another Savannah when i get a chance and see what happens.
