Cargo doors/ Aft bulkhead

Today I cut the skins for both cargo doors and the aft cargo bulkhead.

Cargo Doors

Rear cargo door skin was cut to fit. Spent quite some time with a Dremel cutting openings for the hinges. Was worth the time as it fits well.

Bends were made in the skin to fit the door profile, again it turned out very well.

Vertical Door Sill

The aft door frame sill protruded 5mm past the adjourning frame, causing the rear door to not close tightly. I drilled out the rivets and refitted it with good results.

Rear Bulkhead

Bulkhead panel was cut to fit, and I used the Dremel to fit precisely around flap pulleys etc. All holes drilled, deburred, and tinnermans used to fasten.

I may need to trim top and port-side to clear fabric.
