Trim linkage inspection ports, Joystick linkage
Inspection ports
Made and fitted inspection ports with nut plates for the rear stabilizer trim linkages.
Joystick
The joystick had been binding so I disassembled it to inspect. Found that I’d inadvertently left out two bushings to take it from AN4 to AN3 size bolt, which have now been fitted. Rearranged the aileron linkage to get a better fit, then loosened all the control stick bolts that attached to the airframe. This now allows the pitch control to move more freely.
