Avionics, Kydex, Landing Gear

I did some more work this morning on the right front door Kydex panel. I think it’ll be useable, but needs now to be heat formed in place on the door.

Then I raised the aircraft and re-installed the main landing gear and removed the wooden stand, before installing the tailwheel. It’s now back on its legs, this time probably permanently.

This afternoon I began fabricating the left side avionics rack. This went very well. It will hold the VHF, Transponder, ADSB, and Engine Monitoring System. I plan to install the ADHRS at front center just behind the firewall. I’ve worked out a way that should provide lateral and longitudinal adjustments simply using the adel clamps.
