Cowling

This morning I finished installing nutplates on the steel brackets I’ve made to support the U channels on the upper and lower cowling.

I had also installed two nutplates incorrectly on the firewall flange so I removed these and re-installed them correctly.

It all fits together well and is relatively easy to remove and install by myself. The next job to finish the cowling is to install nutplates on the fibreglass nose bowl.
