Cowling exit lip

Today I fabricated a rounded piece of aluminium to smooth the exit airflow from the lower cowl. It took quite a lot of work. I did try to find an extrusion that I could use, but nothing was small or light enough. The end result is satisfactory and should have the desired effect. It would have been much easier to make and fit it prior to mounting the engine, because there are now 3 bolts that had to be located through the rounded lip.
