Aileron Hinge

I made a new hinge today to replace the one that I mis-drilled earlier in the week. It turned out well and I added a corrosion inhibitor. Next I drilled and mounted the nutplates to attach it in place.

I prepared all the flap nutplates ready to install.

I also installed nutplates along the upper wing root section.

One issue I noticed today is that the gap between the aileron underside and the lower wing skin is insufficient and binding in places. It will need to be trimmed back.
