Horizontal Stab Rib forms

Made 5x rib forms from MDF and bent the 10 ribs (5 Each side). they then all had the bend finished with a home made tool and laid flat. the Horizontal Stab jig was set 1.5" of the bench to allow for the widest rib clearance. this has streched over 2.5 days of work, approx 30 min per rib form, 20 miin each to bend and 10 min each to finish, the jig took approx 2hr to get right.
