Starting the Horizontal Stab

after drawing out the rough template on the bench I started by tacking the splice onto the leading edge tubes of the horizontal stab. I previoustl created some 3d printed blocks to locate the tubes 1" off the bench at the centerline. These were secured to the bench. i also needed to drill in a locating 1/4 hole to the bench to help locate the elevator hinge locations. to endure the hole was straight i made a 3d printed drill jig. to finish up the day i made some form blocks to start bending the ribs.
