Prepping Rudder Parts and Skins
Spent most of the afternoon prepping more rudder parts and also now the skins. My new thin-nose squeezer yoke arrived and I completed the last 2 rivets in the vertical stab with it. One of the rivets is slightly proud of the dimple. I drilled out the first one uneventfully and the second one came out the same way. Not sure why. The dimple may not be deep enough, but it seems fine before the rivet is squeezed. Its easily accessible so I might drill it out and try again. Or I may leave well enough alone. The rivet on the opposite side came out fine.
