More Leading Edge Rolling

Short day but spent it rolling the upper leading edge flanges. I have a ways to go but so far they are looking good. I went to Ace Hardware and bought a 3' piece of 1" PVC which has an OD of 1.30". I'd previously been using 3/4" PVC with an OD of 1". The bigger radius pipe seemed to help. After pondering a better way to achieve the desired skin radius and proper location I had my bride help me by holding a 1" PVC pipe against the rudder spar that I could push the skins against and prevent a crease at the spar. Made some progress there but a ways to go yet. I also got on the VAF Forum and asked the question about template deviance like I've been experiencing. The replies I got basically said don't worry about it and build on. So I will.
