More Dimpling and Countersinking Parts
Today was spent countersinking the trailing edge wedges to accept the dimpled skins. Also dimpled the tip ribs flanges per plans.

The factory head of the flush rivet sits slightly into the countersink hole by .008" so the overlying skin dimples will nest flush.

Using the squeezer to dimples the tip rib flanges

Set up a simple jig to hold the nonsymmetrical trailing edge wedge level for countersinking.
