Finished Dimpling Elevator Skins
Completed dimpling on all 4 elevator skins. Hundreds of holes. Glad that chore is complete. Cleaned up some deburring as well. Used my Cleaveland Tool RV-14 specific modified male dimple die for all the trailing edge holes per the plans. Also per plans put a slight inward break on all trailing edges with my edge roller tool. Next up is countersinking the trailing edge wedges.

Modified #40 dimple die on right for RV-14 elevator trailing edge to clear the edge crease.

Edge rolling tool puts slight inward break on trailing edge skin so its lies flush when riveted.

Had to reverse the dimple dies and put the male die on the C-frame upper mandrel to tackle trailing edge dimples.
