Right Elevator Done, Left Spar Riveted

Finished riveting on the right elevator. Double flush riveted the trailing edge with the special double squeezer dies from Avery. Overall the edge came out nice and straight. I also finished the various skin rivets that were remaining. I'm going to hold off on the rolled leading edge until both elevators are ready then do them both at once. Immediately dove into the left elevator by priming the spar, tip and root ribs then riveting it all together. A couple of the long -6 rivets gave me trouble on the nutplates by clinching. Not sure why. Fortunately I was able to drill them out trouble free. Stewart Transport called and my QB fuse and wings should be delivered either July 31 or Aug 1.
