Trailing Edge Ribs and Wedge Bonded
Using Pro Seal I bonded in the 6 foam trailing edge ribs and the trailing edge wedge. I'll let the sealant cure for the next few days then rivet the trailing edge. I secured a 90 deg piece of angle aluminum to my workbench to act as a straight edge then hung the clecos just over the edge and added a couple lightly weighted boards so the trailing edge cures straight.

Letting everything cure straight before final rivets.

4 of 6 ribs set in place

3.5 ounce sealant dispenser. The catalyst is mixed internally with a rod to activate it. I find flat wooden tongue depressors worked best to apply it after mixing.

8 foam ribs. The white paper templates are glued to the foam, then hand shaped/sanded. 6 in the right side and 2 in the left.
