Mounting Pedals And Brake Cylinders

I prepped the pedal support tubes by match drilling all the #12 holes for AN3 bolts then primed the inside of the tubes although the plans didn't call for it. Being steel the exterior is powder coated. I sprayed primer into both ends then twirled them to evenly spread it. From there it was mounting all 4 pedals with appropriate hardware and then tweaking the nuts to get the proper balance of minimal play and no binding. Per plans the nuts are all basically finger tight and safetied with cotter pins. Then it was on to the brake cylinders by first screwing in 90 degree elbow NPT fittings then mounting them with appropriate hardware. Again much tweaking was involved to eliminate play and ensure pedal freedom of movement. The internal brake cylinder return spring needs to cleanly and fully retract the pedal after its depressed.
