Roll Bar Riveting Done
Finished up riveting the front and aft roll bar sections together. Pulled rivets (LP4-4 and CS4-4) where used for this since there's no access to the rivets back side for bucking. I used my hand puller even thought there were quite a few rivets. My HF pneumatic puller was acting temperamental and I wasn't getting consistent test rivets so I went with a reliable manual puller. Didn't want any drama. Everything went smooth and all the flush CS4-4 rivets along the upper perimeter came out nice. I also got the aft bushings and doublers installed. Then clecoed in the whole roll bar assembly and brace for a test fit. I'll hold off final installation for now to allow better fuselage access. It has to painted and I'd like to wait till I have other cockpit items to paint so I can do a big batch at once. These include access covers and seat pans which are all in the Finishing Kit which I've yet to receive.

Installing the aft brass bushings and doublers for the canopy lock pins.

Finished canopy pin receptacle.

Roll bar complete and test fitted. Needed to be painted.

Using my manual puller for LP4 pulled rivets along the inside.
