Aileron Torque Tubes
Worked on the aileron torque tube assemblies today. They are very straightforward to fabricate. I got everything fitted today. Need to prime the interior of the steel tubes and fittings then rivet/bolt it all together.

Fitting and match drilling one of the torque tube assemblies.

Had to cut 2 torque tube collars to 7 10/32" length. I cut them slightly long using the tape as a guide then sand them to the precise length with my 5" disc sander.

Everything is fitted. Need to prime any bare steel. The fittings are powder coated on the exterior.
