strut assembly
Door strut positioning, drilling, fitting, final assembly, disassemble and get it ready for the door skins bonding.
One small sleeve pin is added to assembly. The sleeve is to reduce the gap between the mounting strut bolts and the strut. To reduce wear and tear and possible rattling.
This was in some parts a two man job for assistance with the strut.
Tried to fabricate the Latch Pin Plates as per manual. The manual is giving wrong instructions, so this is abandoned until the door skins are glued and the pins are in the doors and the pin holes are in the door posts.
