Countersinking, Riveting, and Hardware Installation on Horizontal Stabilizer

Countersunk and riveted components including E-616 and WD-415. Installed VS-1016 and F-1098, attaching required hardware to the horizontal stabilizer and ensuring proper fit and alignment.
