Day 40

We heard back from Sling technical support about the shoulder harness alignment issues. They advised us to file down the plates until they fit properly. It was not much material, so it worked out well. After they where shaved down we completed installing them with rivets.

Afterwards we started organizing all the parts and hardware we would need for the next portion of the build, which are the fuselage spars. Once those assemblies are completed we will begin assembling the center fuselage.

We we’re able to complete the Rear Spar Assembly today. There is a jig provided that helps with the alignment. There are several spacers that get bolted onto the assembly that have to line up correctly, as well as a couple of channels and angle brackets that get riveted.
