Day 227

We painted the fuselage today! It turned out so good. Same process as the other times painting. Sprayed sealer, let it dry, sprayed silver paint, let it dry, masked of silver paint, sprayed red paint, let it dry and lastly unmasked everything.

In-between spraying paint we worked on wiring and installing the NAV light on the left wring. We also installed all the m4 rivet nuts in the spats and put the rubber grommets in them. They are now complete and ready for final installation after the plane is all done.

Very excited to have everything painted now. Now we’ll move onto assembling everything, finishing the interior and completing the components for the engine.
