Day 241

We are still working to get the cabin air system sorted out. The factory system uses a flipper to blend the air from the outside. It utilizes a lever that move side to side to open and close the flap. Evidently this system has had many issues and most no longer use it. We’re working to sort out how we want to proceed with system so that we can finish installing the dash. We had an idea to use a pull tab control to move the flap. However we have learned that most other builder’s have opted to forgo the blend system all together and rather install these Aveo Air Maci 2” ball vents and route the heat to the feet. Not sure what we’re going to do yet. We have 95% of the air system completed and don’t really want to tear half of it back apart at this point. We were going to continue to brain storm.
