Day 246

Firewall is complete! All the hoses, wires, and components are all finished! It looks so great! We installed a bunch of stand-offs all around inside on any that was rubbing against each other and made sure everything was tightened and routed where it needed to go.

Today we also got the hub spinner installed and wired. It was the first time putting it together with the cowling installed. It fit perfectly. We must have measured the spacing correctly.

Now with that done we went back to finishing the interior. We’re working on finishing the power lead for the transfer pumps. We’re also working on making some adapters made for the air system. Once those are finished and installed, we’ll be able to mount the dash and finish the avionics. From there, we’ll finish the center console assembly. Then lastly will be finishing the interior and canopy hatches. Getting so close to the finish!
