First build of the elevator

We deburred and primed the componets for the trim tab sub-assembly. Then we proceeded to shorten the rivets as described in the manual (as shown in the first image), it took a long time to figure out a system but eventually we got consistent results.

When trying to install the trim tab hinge to the trim tab skin it became evident that the holes of the hinge and the skin had a major misalignment issue (as shown in the image 2). We do not know how to solve this issue and will contact Sling for a solution, propbably the hinge will have to be replaced by means of a backorder.
