Wing lower root skin and rear spar channel hole mismatch

A hole mismatch exist between the rear spar channel WG-CHL-004-L(R)-A-0 and the lower root skin WG-SKN-001-L(R)-A-2. This mismatch occurs 5 holes in from the root end of the spar channel. The mismatched holes are touching so a simple redrill into the rear spar channel is not acceptable. I plan to fabricate a doubler plate with 0.81mm thickness (same as rear spar channel) spanning 5 and install this on the inside of the spar channel flange. I have verified this with TAF who confirm the soundness of this fix.
