Use of dished vs flat head with Avinox rivets

Compared the appearance of the 4.8mm Avinox rivets set with a flat rivet gun head, and an original slightly dished head. I note the dish of the head closely matches the shape of the rivet. The lower profile of the flattened head seems to be an advantage.
